|  The permission granted is for one time use only for the publication specified and may not be sold or transferred.
A new permission request must be submitted for each subsequent reproduction or publication.
Two copies of the publication must be sent gratis to Hali Publications Limited.
The following credit must appear immediately adjacent to the image: The HALI Archive.
If a transparency is lost or damaged, a charge of £500 will be made. In the event of late return without prior arrangement, the borrower will be charged 35% of the rental fee for each month or part month overdue.
Unauthorised duplication of HALI Archive images is strictly prohibited. |
