Rugs at the Dorotheum, Linz and Vienna, May Sales
The Dorotheum in Vienna, one of the oldest of Europe’s leading auction rooms, holds regular Spring and Autumn sales of Oriental carpets, textiles and tapestries under the expertise of Wolfgang Matschek, and carpets are also included in less specialised sales both in Vienna and in the company’s provincial salerooms in cities such as Linz.
