ICOC Tour 2014 Vienna & Budapest
Around one hundred participants took part in the week long tour organised by Peter Bichler of the Society for Textile-Art Research (TKF) in association with the International Conference on Oriental Carpets (ICOC) 15 – 20 September 2014. Venues across Vienna hosted a full schedule of lectures, auctions and exhibitions for three days, before the group crossed from Austria into Hungary to encounter a rich array of carpets and partake in visits to cultural sites in Esztergom and Budapest.
