St. Frank Framed Textiles

San Francisco based St. Frank are championing the placement of textiles on walls with their range of ready framed pieces from around the world.

Founded in 2013 by Christina Bryant, the company offers unique, handmade items that can be custom framed to order or purchased ready to display direct from their website. A two fold social mission is at the core of the business; that of supporting economic empowerment and preserving traditional artisan practices in the communities where the textiles are made. Partnership with entrepreneurial organisations that provide holistic support to their workers has established a framework that makes authentic craft available to collectors and interior decorators in readily presentable manner.

Vintage and ‘one of a kind’ collections include Uzbek Suzanis, Anatolian kelims, Berber Haik fragments and cactus silk flatweaves. In addition to modern textiles from Laos, Senegal, Mali, Morocco and Tibet, contemporary Otomí embroideries from Mexico have recently been added to the St Frank range.
