The world’s leading art fair, TEFAF Maastricht, takes place in the MECC from 14-23 March 2014. The annual fair is renowned for its large number of private and institutional art collectors and range of rare works offered for sale. Some 260 leading art and antiques dealers will gather from twenty countries, showcasing the best works of art currently on the market.
In addition to the traditional areas of Old Master paintings and antique works of art, you can see a wide variety of classical, modern and contemporary art, jewellery, 20th century design and works on paper, as well as smaller numbers of carpets, textiles, primitive and ethnographic art.
TEFAF will also be creating new opportunities for recently established galleries in TEFAF Showcase. The concept invites six emerging galleries to exhibit at TEFAF for one year only, this year covering a wide range of fine & decorative arts from vintage photography to Kunstkammer objects and Japanese art.
